This
web site takes every precaution to protect our users'
information.
All
sensitive information submitted by users via this web
site is protected both on-line and off-line. When users
are asked to enter sensitive information on our registration

security numbers), that information is encrypted and

in the industry. All of our web site's secure pages,

As
well as using SSL encryption to protect sensitive information
on-line, we also do everything in our power to protect
user-information off-line. Access to all personally identifiable
information about our customers is heavily restricted
in our offices. Only those employees who need user information
to perform specific jobs (for example, our billing clerk
or customer service representative) are granted access.
Our employees must use password-protected screen-savers
when they leave their desks. When they return, they must
re-enter their password to re-gain access to any restricted
information. Furthermore, all of our employees are kept
informed of our security and privacy practices with regular
updates and retraining every quarter, and whenever any
new policies are introduced. Finally, the servers on
which we store personally identifiable information are
kept in a secure environment.
