If the requested item is in stock, it will be shipped
within 48 hours after payment has been received.
Customized orders can take one to three weeks, depending
on the requirements of each individual design.
We offer a 30-day return policy so our customers
can purchase with
confidence knowing they will have sufficient time to
return goods if they are not completely satisfied.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase,
you can return
the item for a full refund less shipping and handling.
If you exchange an
item, all shipping and handling costs of the replacement item will be waived.
Custom-made
jewelry that has been designed to the customer's specifications can also
be returned,
but the amount refunded will cover only the cost of the stones,
and not the rest of the jewelry.
RETURN PROCESS
Items must be returned within 30 days of the day they
were received.
They must also be in their original condition. Damaged, worn,
used, resized, altered, or engraved items cannot be returned.
All returned items must show a Return Authorization number.

you will be given a Return Authorization Code.
Write this code in small letters on the outside of the package.
All items must be insured and returned by registered mail.
If an item was shipped to you by the diamond courier,
Malca-amit, you may
return it in the same way.
Twin-Diamonds will
not be responsible for the loss or damage of any return shipments.

Because some of our items are also
for sale on the diamond
exchange and public auctions, they may become unavailable
at short notice, so we therefore retain the right to
cancel any order that we cannot fulfill. Items that are
sold are removed from the web
site as soon as possible.
Because
all information pertaining to items on sale is submitted
manually, mistakes may occur.
Twin-Diamonds is
therefore not obliged to sell an item if its description contains a typographical
error.
If an item is ordered that is no longer
available, we will provide a similar item or one that
is better.
We are not obliged to have in stock
or to sell any diamond, gemstone or jewlry from our site.
Also, we reserve the right to decline a sale or to cancel
any order.
