We offer a 30-day return policy so our customers can purchase with

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase,
you can return the item for a full refund less shipping and handling.
If you exchange an item, all shipping and handling costs of the replacement item will be waived.
Custom-made jewelry that has been designed to the customer's specifications can also be returned,
but the amount refunded will cover only the cost of the stones, and not the rest of the jewelry.
RETURN PROCESS Items must be returned within 30 days of the day they were received.
They must also be in their original condition. Damaged, worn, used, resized, altered, or engraved items cannot be returned.

All returned items must show a Return Authorization number.

All items must be insured and returned by registered mail.
If an item was shipped to you by the diamond courier,
Malca-amit, you may return it in the same way.
